Build On the Arrangements You Have…

It’s surprising – but an ongoing fact of corporate life – that companies often have a tendency to want to spend more time and money recruiting new business, new customers, and new clients than they do cultivating more business from existing clientele.

While new is good, there’s good reason to cherish the old. The big reason is that your clients or customers already know you. There’s already a relationship. Hopefully it’s a good one, filled with mutual respect, confidence, and satisfaction.

Because you know who your clients and customers are, when you look to boost business, social media channels may be the fastest and easiest way to reach current clients and customers with a message that motivates them into action.

When you create a campaign to talk with new prospects, you need to start from square one, telling them why they want to do business with you, and providing them with information that will motivate them to want to change from another company to yours.

However, when you connect with clients or customers, you can cut to the chase. They know you. So you can go right into your Value Proposition for them. And you can make sure that they understand it’s just for them.
